Virtual Product Theaters

Don’t be limited by in-person meetings again. Host virtual product theaters year-round and on your company’s timeline. Provide valuable education to AMDA members via AMDA’s learning management system, APEX.

Opportunities

Live Webinar: $10,000 (Two Available Per Month)

  • Webinar marketing and promotion via email, social media and website presence
  • Webinars will be hosted on AMDA’s learning management system, APEX, for one (1) year in the Sponsored Programs tab (also searchable by subject)
  • Full list of the live attendees and, for educational webinars, quarterly updates of on-demand views with email and mailing addresses
  • Evaluation results from webinar provided to sponsor
  • Records of webinars will be provided to the sponsor on the next business day
  • CME is not available for these products
  • Limited to one (1) every two (2) weeks, with a maximum of four (4) per company, per year
  • Sponsor can identify their target list based off membership categories, locations, practice types, etc.

Enduring Material: $7,500 (Two Available Per Month)

  • Marketing and promotion via email, social media and website presence
  • Enduring Materials will be hosted on AMDA’s learning management system, APEX, for one (1) year in the Sponsored Programs tab (also searchable by subject)
  • Full list of registrants and attendees for enduring material provided quarterly with email and mailing addresses
  • Evaluation results from enduring material provided to sponsor quarterly
  • CME is not available for these products
  • Limited to one (1) every two (2) weeks, with a maximum of four (4) per company, per year
  • Sponsor can identify their target list based off membership categories, locations, practice types, etc.

OPPORTUNITIES

AMDA ON-THE-GO QUARTERLY PODCAST SPONSOR: $5,000 (EXCLUSIVE)

  • Inclusion of one advertising placement per episode (60-second ad)
  • Recognition in all promotional materials: print, online and onsite
  • Opportunity to host one PALTC Industry In-The-Know episode (see details below)

Note: AMDA produces approximately 4 podcast episodes per month

PALTC INDUSTRY IN-THE-KNOW EPISODE SPONSOR: $2,500

  • Ability to develop, script, record, and edit the content for a PALTC Industry In-The-Know Podcast Episode (maximum of 25 minutes)
  • The ability for a sponsor to include a promotional commercial in the 25-minute timeline
  • Content must be reviewed and approved by Education Chairs and/or Podcast Chairs
  • AMDA will provide the introduction and wrap-up for each episode
